1. Our Services
Thistledew Dietetics provides nutrition education and lifestyle coaching delivered by registered dietitians and qualified coaches. Coaching supports — but does not replace — medical care, diagnosis or treatment from your physician.
2. Plans & Payment
Starter ($99), Growth ($149) and Premium ($199) plans bill monthly in advance. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rating; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next cycle. No cancellation fees, ever.
3. Sessions & Rescheduling
Sessions may be held in-studio or over video. Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations count as a used session.
4. Your Responsibilities
Accurate health history, current medications and honest check-in data help us coach you safely. Please inform us of new diagnoses, pregnancies or eating-disorder symptoms promptly.
5. Results
Bodies differ and no outcome can be guaranteed. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences, not promises of specific results.
