What It Entails

Awareness, Not Accounting

Calorie awareness is a four-session skill course: you learn to estimate portions by sight, decode menus in seconds, and calibrate intake to your goal — then you stop logging. Most clients graduate from the app within a month, keeping the skill for life.

We teach this the anti-obsession way: ranges over exact numbers, weekly averages over daily scores, and planned treats built into the math.

Benefits

Freedom With Guardrails

Graduates eat out without anxiety, hold their weight through vacations, and finally understand why past diets stalled. Combine with weight tracking support when the scale is part of your story.

No — logging is training wheels. The explicit goal is graduating to estimation within four to six weeks.

It is a skill, not a diet. The same skill supports loss, maintenance or active lifestyles — your range sets the direction.

We screen carefully and will redirect you to gentler services or coordinated care when counting risks harm.
