Weight Tracking Support

The scale as a neutral data point — never a verdict. Structured tracking that reveals trends and protects your peace.

What It Entails

Data, Not Drama

Weight tracking support gives your scale a job description: weigh in on a rhythm matched to your temperament (daily, weekly, or monthly), log in our shared tracker, and review smoothed trends with your coach every two weeks.

When the trend stalls, we adjust food, movement, sleep or stress — never your worth. Clients with scale anxiety can choose blind weigh-ins at our studio.

Benefits

A Kinder Way to a Healthy Weight

Supported trackers lose more and regain less than solo dieters in our client data — because the plan adapts before frustration sets in. Pair with balanced diet guidance for the full nutrition picture.

Choose blind weigh-ins or non-scale tracking (measurements, photos, energy scores). The rhythm always fits your mental health first.

We target a sustainable 0.5–1% of body weight per week, set with your physician when conditions like thyroid or PCOS apply.

With care and coordination: we require collaboration with your therapist or treatment team and adapt tracking to recovery-safe methods.

Make the Scale Boring Again
